What should we do to free our planet from terrorism?

The root cause of terrorism is poverty and injustice. Let me take each of these at a time explain their effects on global peace and the solution to eradicate them.

Poverty: Millions of humans are without food each day. If few parts of Africa stones are boiled in water from a distance by parents who satisfy the sight of their little ones before they sleep away another day without food. Poor / underdeveloped countries feel that their food is being stolen from them by the developed countries. For example why is that Dubai is well know for its oil and gas industries and its infrastructure while in Iraq blood is being shed for the same oil?

Solution: “Education” a single word says it all. The sheiks in Dubai realised that fact that education would play a very crucial factor in the development of their nation. They had sent their sons to get the best education from Universities such as Harvard, Oxford etc.. Knowledge gained from any place, book or person is knowledge shared. Isn’t it safer to fight with ink and paper rather than to fight with bullets and guns? The required steps for these would be to for governments to promote education in rural areas and in countries where educating a child is prohibited. Education brings a self-awareness and realisation of the fact that the wars of the future would not be fought by millions of humans on a battle field but by few representatives of the nation who represent the people in the drawing rooms debating issues and finding out solutions.

Injustice: “No one’s above the Law” a phrase known by all. Yet some have utilised the same Law for own benefits. Are there loop holes in the Justice system which we are all unaware off until someone uses them?. For example after the government of Iraq was formed. Isn’t it right of the government to see to that law and order is maintained in nation? Appreciating the fact that US and UK have been successful in removing a dictator such as saddam hussain. He was inhuman to his own people. After a democratic government was established the future of saddam hussain should have been handed over to the people of Iraq. With all the cruelty and suffering that they must have experienced during his regime my guess is that they would have decided on what he deserved. By this a message would be sent out to the people that law is the same for all. Now since the US have not willing to withdraw troops from Iraq and quiet often interfering with the government of Iraq and its function US now lives now in constant fear of terrorist attacks. They have created more enemies than friends. The UNO has no word since the majority of its support and finance comes from US. True justice can be seen only when money and power are not the influential or deciding factors of one’s fait but proof and facts and the one factors that a person is tried on.

Raja, Rani, Rocket.

The decision to hire a driver to take us to few place that we decided on was a wise one taken on the basis of vote. The massive trucks and the behemoth loads that they carry is really surprising and bad since companies tend to cut costs by transporting more goods with few HMV vehicles. Passing by these huge vehicles on NH4; we were heading towards Jog Falls. The cricket gang (flying officer) Vinu, (OS) Pradeep, (Legend) Kartik, love boy George, Rizwan (bigolo male gigolo) and me (the disrelocation master ). The reason why I said that these vehicles are massive because it takes quiet a bit of energy to stop them.
Bikers please do wear a helmet !!

Especially when traveling on a highway road. We witnessed a horrible accident few mins after paying the toll fee. The bike was underneath the lorry. We carried the biker and transported him to a bus that was heading to wards the city. Since we ourselves where on the one way side that was heading towards tumkur and the distance to be covered before we could take a U turn was way far off. Where are the highway emergency numbers displayed when you need them? In the cities??.
So with a prayer in our minds for the biker we headed towards jog falls in the 7 seater Qualis. The drive was amazing its quiet hard to believe that even though our Highways are so good yet accidents happen. Could it be that we do not have the right road signs?? Or the law is quiet flexible enough that the rich industries can carry excess amount of weight whenever the need arises ?? are drunk drivers punished?? Now I do not want to put you off by stating the driving in a highway is not safe believe me it is quiet safe when compared to driving within the city. More the speed more is the safety required. Finally we reached Jog falls. Its told that when Mahatma Gandhi saw Jog falls he stated “what a spectacle of nature. Nature at its best” when Sir Mokshagundam Visvesvarayya saw Jog falls his statement was “what a waste of energy!” and then we had the Linganamakki Dam and Gerusoppa Dam. The view was amazing. The climb down to the belly of the falls was fast. So with few snaps and admiring nature’s beauty we climbed the back up. During the British regime in India; steps where laid which guided us to our destination. With few stretched muscles our journey took us to Gerusoppa. Over there one of my friend works as an Assistant Engineer at Gerusoppa Hydroelectricity power plant. He had arranged for a guest house for us all to stay. With good food to eat we just crashed out after a long day of drive.

The next day my friend Vijay had taken us all to the Hydroelectricity power plant at Gerusoppa a 4 unit power plant. Like little kids on an excretion trip to a power house we wonder at the human marvel. Words such as necessity, utilization and survival would fall in its place here. From there we headed towards Om beach the. With lots of travelers already checked in for the New Year celebrations the atmosphere was electrifying. After a bit of beach football we headed towards Murudeshwar. If US is know for skyscrapers Indians are know for artistic skyscrapers. The statue of Lord Shiva was breathtaking. The shear size of it was amazing. Unfortunately one of the statues arm had fallen off due to lighting strike. The beach was filled with boats that would take the curious people to show them a portion of the Arabian Sea. For Rs 75 a round about trip was satisfying enough for the elderly was joyful for the young.

So we decided to drive back via Kollur , Khodachadri Hills. It was pitch black outside from it seemed like darkness was reaching to us to engulf us and we were outrunning it. Overnight drive all the way to Bangalore was tiresome with no food and a single bottle of water. We all managed and finally reached Bangalore on 28/12/2006. Even though the two day trip had come to an end we had a glimpse of the true beauty that Karnataka holds which would be HOME MADE FOOD!! J

Opinion!!

Being frank and giving honest opinion based on what one’s felt or witnessed is all good. I only hope that this opinion / view of one’s thought is not based on what’s transpired on that individual at that point in time but should be based on what was wrong and generalizing over what has happened or said by some individual should not result in a wrong belief. I respect the fact that if there is something wrong.. to.. oppose at that point in time is brave ..to..ignore would be carefree. To assimilate and giving your point of view is the same sin as what had been done by that individual now the differentiating factor is that the person who spoke might have given his/her point of view and the person who heard this person speak is so offended by this that this person would see the flaw in the first persons view . No my question is this. Is this what we as individuals are born for ?? is this what we call are each individual is different?? If we do not find a solution then we are not the part of the solution we are part of the problem

Back to the Future.....

Things have changed over the past 12months . meeting people , making new friends and of course searching for them when time arises.....Its been a year of dreams, revealing, discovering , listening and understanding. This blog I would be posting it from my room in Andrew Ure Hall which is /was my Student accommodation. Other than the network movies and meeting other fellow students and with the regular statement of ‘How r u’? I would like to point it out that I have met some amazing individuals who are equally good in what they do and say. My flat mates Hoozefa, Harish, Ketan , Swagath, and Krishna . Its been a gr8 knowing these fine human beings. There are few more others whom I really respect. Stepping out of the student life and into the World where no more exams to be given (unless someone’s planning for further studies!!) I wish these guys all the Best with their future.

I believe! Therefore I am.

With a blanket covering me I touch the sky,
With a sprinkle of water for me I never dry,
I rise above the buildings that you stay,
To protect you from the winter sway,
I see! Therefore I am.

The rain clouds stop over for a quick break,
Resting on my shoulders covering my make,
I am hurt when times change,
Children become men and minds change
Absorb me within you,
Do not store me with you,
I think! Therefore I am.

Some see me as I am,
Only few see me for what I am,
Hear me as I sing,
See me as I swing,
Embrace me for my magnificence,
Accept me for my excellence,
Remember me my friend,
When one with me the thoughts never drench.
I listen! Therefore I am

Photographs

dressed and decked already to go,
with things to see people to explore,
I see things that remind me of home,
Soon to be seen , soon to be felt,
I push back the thought's to break a summer sweat,

with the sun on my face ,
the flash flikers without any time space,

I lift my cheeks to smile,
to remember that everlasting time line..
to prove to others and to thee,
that life is fun and we enjoyed at that time,
without the daily grind for time

Is there something else I ponder...
someone to see or encounter.
things happen for a reason I know,
looks like I have to wait and see,
Is it me or is it the soul inside me,
telling me that wait and listen to those thought,
For the thought's that went back will return someday,
to relish it with someone someday!!

Sunshine:)

Sunrise and Sunsets well the spring is here and its time to hear the Scottish music being played in the streets of Glasgow…. The weather outside brings back so many memories of the place called “HOME” … Easter vacations are here ( or should I say time to open up those dusted books in order to submit assignments and reports!!) friends of mine are in India currently with their Family and Friends aarrrrrrrghhhhhh I envy them so much…. So to take some time off I decided to visit few historic places of Scotland ….so there we were 8 of us on a Sunday morning all packed and planned waiting in the bus stance to head to Stirling Castle…..wait a 15mins were is the bus ??? buzzzzz wrong stance……. Next bus after 2 hrs with 1 of us not having our breakfast u expect us to stand for 2 hrs u must me kidding !!! alright a slight setback does happen even in the field of war so why not a journey!!

So Edinburgh here we come!! the first sight of that place blew me !! man the architecture the building and Indians every were !!! (Globalisation to the max!!) the climb up to the castle began with a live concert being played in for charity purpose so with couple of Scottish flags we climbed up the hill first impression that I got was its quiet small but looks like the depth of the castle is hidden....... my guess is to hide its true identity from the enemies… so three digicams quiet a few smiles.. forcing the cheeks to move upwards with the cold air cutting through the skin was a tough task …. From the castle our trip lead in search of Pizza Hut buffet lunch..

time to exercise those stomach muscles… grabbed a few pizzas stuffed myself and later to the happiness of my friends carried myself to the bus station to head to stirling castle ……wassup with this place doesn’t it want people …. Forget it Edinburgh has few places of its own …..
Reached back to Glasgow and finally back to my room …. But still I miss home well as the saying goes “its always tough to get something that you miss the most”…..

Simplicity

Life is confusing, interesting, demanding, challenging etc….. can we lead a simple life??? Or is it that tough??? When our past catches up with us and our future is unpredictable…. Do we all get tangled up in this web of complexity?? Well me as a engineer use complex variables more than often and believe me the name given to some set of alphanumerical numbers as complex is prefect. Do we have to lead our life similar to these complex number’s where i=√-1 well I feel that that its sometime required that we give ourselves a break a look at life at a different perspective and believe that simplicity is not a blind fold around someone’s eyes its an art where everything around you looks beautiful with no blind folds and its not something that you learn its something that you earn as time progresses and I guess if I have to see something I see it in the simplest form that its in no matter what it is… because all of us are made of atoms and all of us have the similar structure heart with two ventrical’s and all of us live unti.l the heart that’s there within us beat’s. I sometimes feel isolated and left alone with no one around me but that’s ok even great leaders such as Ceasar have had similar kind of feelings its during these times that he relied on Brutus (even though it was Brutus who was the last man to stab Ceasar !!).. I felt that its your friend’s and your family that you rely on. I usually do!! And they have always been there for me and its then that I realize the fact the life’s is too short to get isolated into complex thoughts and Simplicity is what make’s it beautiful….

I would like to dedicate this publish to my guruji Vinay Vinekar and to my beautiful sister in law for teaching me to burn a candle when darkness surrounds me ….

Dreams????

Well I am writing this at a time in which I have quiet a lot in my mind and have to tell some one about it probably you the reader might be able to decipher it by the time you finish reading this; neways it’s about dreams as the title states. Isn’t it surprising that each day before you get up from your bed and go about doing your regular routines like a self controlled and self oiled machine you “dream” about something either related to your regular activities or about someone you met or loved or still loving or something(too many “or”s) that you did that day well there is always one day were you get up because “the thing that you dreamt of is the exactly the thing that you want to think when you are in your thoughts” well its strange that most of us including me do not have the time to think of these things neways as said by this author Ashleigh ( to be very frank with you I just pulled out this saying from google search :) lazy me!!!!) but i found the sayinng to be the best among the many and the saying goes “The best reason for having dreams is that in dreams no reasons are necessary” and mapping to what happens to all of us one day I hope that the day when the dream can occur with no reason but in-fact happens to be some thing which you have thought over when awake using our regular brain cells and someday subconsciously we dream about it is some thing amazing its as if your as still dreaming but there is a touch of reality in it…

Well will this be a dream or will it turn out to be reality only time will tell…:)

HIyaaaaaaaaaaaa

Hi all,
it takes a lot more effort from people to convince people that I am a good guy. Well is there some thing as a good person i doubt it because we have to sell ourselves in order to earn few bucks of cash. well it is interesting to observe the way people sell them selves each and every day when they know that there is some one else better the them. is it a tough task or an easy one to do depends from one person to another.

This is why I question bat any person being good person????? Well doing things that we do is essential because we have to survive. This is a small post since i don't have much of time or do I unless u guys want me to put in some technical information into this blog.

PS: I haven't read many novels to input more of indirect or novel speech hence my blogspot will be simple and precise and like it or not the statements will be mismatching hey that’s me live with it!!!!!!!!!!!

HA HA HA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi we as Engineers use MS word to perform all kinds of error check for us to avoid any formal mistakes that are deliberate or slip of tongue. That’s what makes us all individually different either some one is bad in language which is the core for him to learn in order to survive in this "World of our own". Two days back I had argument my friend (more of debate) from my perspective innovation of any new product is an effect of cultural cause. Every place people have different need and these need are factors or results of their culture. In order to satisfy these needs people have to invent things. I am currently listening to a song by metallica (i know its a loud band!!!!) sang named” nothing else matters" (listen to it if ur free!!) if this was the thought process that underwent through each and every one of our neurons won't it result in a stone age. Well that was too much of linking from one to another what exactly u was coming too is that culture-->needs ---->invention. I had attended a Bonfire festival recently in Glasgow, which involved in fireworks display etcc.... This is done even in India the only difference is that in place of individual person displaying his/hers collection of fireworks here an organisation decided to set up an awesome display of fireworks in the end promoting their company not to satisfy people needs because there are nay organisations of similar kind but to satisfy their own. Well doesn't it contradict exactly what I had told before? They in vest in technology and manpower to compete wit their competitors.

Guys please give any comment on this issue.... will have few more in the future.

And kanna yes will share pictures in this blogspot

Cooollllllll Life

Finally after some time looking at my people involved in diffrent activities i decided to create a blog spot for all u guysand gals its funny because i never thoughty that i would be doing something of this kind and from what in my past i have realised the fact that people who think life is all about studying, gettinmg a job where u can save cash and in the endblow it all on urself or ur food or puchasing an expensive car are absolutely right and this factr is waht motivates one to achieve things he never thought that he couldBut i wonder if there is something else to this other than monet and luxury is it friendship, family or love. Do these factore also play an important role in achieving these goodies. Well its all about looking things in a manner which no one else would see " see what neo saw in the world of matrix ". In the next few posts i will share with u all some points and views tjhat i have come across in my world. The World where we as humans tend to see even the smallest little thing in detail;s and and analyse the lagest detail in the smallest factor as possible. More..................
